Officials said on Friday that the entertainment area, which has an area of 50 acres and multi -use, is a steps away from one of the most shopping centers in the Chicago area can be completed during the next two years.
“Apex”, which stands in the Aurora Premiere Experience District, will be close to the Chicago Premium Outlet Mall Center, and near the upcoming Hollywood Casino.
The property is outside the highway 88 and east of Farnsworth Street. It was initially intended for manufacturing and swimming, but Urra officials wanted to be something greater that would benefit the population and enhance tourism.

The APEX area will include housing, an internal and external sports complex, an electronic games attachment, restaurants and more.
The city bought the property and requested bidding to develop it. They chose many developers for each focus on a different field of the project.
“This cooperation is an ideal example of the possibility of creating something really special,” said Chad Proderic of LCI development partners. “Our goal is to create spaces where people can live, play and flourish in a well -based dynamic society.”
The Chicago -based Develop LCI will work alongside Cordogan Clark & Associas, based in the leadership of the project.
Irvin believes that the project will take two years.
