Chicago (WLS) – Officials said that the police endeavor, which ended in the outskirts of southern Glenwood on Monday evening, was linked to the shooting earlier, which involved a police officer in Chicago outside the service.
Police in Refundele said they had monitored a car that participated in the fire and followed the driver.

Two people are now in detention, and the police said they recovered two rifles at the scene.
The shooting took place at about 4:18 am at 3700 blocks of 67th place in the West Laon neighborhood in the city.
The police said that the officer was out of service, and many armed suspects were confronted, and there was an exchange of fire.

The police said the suspects had moved away in a dark sedan.
The police said the officer had not been shot, but he suffered a slight injury and was taken to the hospital for control.
The officer may have been injured by a bullet.
The police said the initial call was to try to storm the car.

“When I talk to people, they told me that they hear the shots around four in the morning,” said neighbor Marcelo Ochua.
Ochoa, who lives nearby, said when she went out, I noticed that many parked vehicles were damaged.
“My neighbors, my home from my house, Beck App White Ford, the windows have been broken,” said Otchua.

Some neighbors woke up due to the shooting.

“I was asleep, and I heard multiple. Then I woke up,” said Marilyn Diaz residing in the neighborhood.
Diaz said her father left early to work, and noticed a person after four in the morning
“Kinda saw a person walking, and waited until he left. Then he left on his truck. Then, 10 minutes I would like to say, it happened,” Diaz said.
Another neighbor said, as soon as the police arrived, he noticed that his car was damaged. Some of his properties were found on the mass where the shooting occurred.
He did not want his last name.
“I hope he is fine. He did the right things, and he must know that the majority behind him,” Tony said.
Another neighbor said that there was concern about breaking cars and theft.
He said that his car stormed last year.
“We hear about a lot of rest operations, the motivation transformer, we just want to wake up in the morning, and make sure everything is still there,” said Enrique Ruiz, a West Lewin resident.
No other injuries were reported.
“People do not feel safe here anymore,” Tony said. “My brother has gone out of the city. We lived in Medina throughout our lives.”
The Civil Office is investigating the police accountability in the accident. The relevant officer will be placed on an administrative vacation for a period of at least 30 days.
