Chicago (WLS) – President Donald Trump is studying the speed of building the Obama Presidential Center on the southern side of Chicago.

Building at the center is more than the budget, and it is scheduled to open next year.
A spokesman for the center says Trump's allegations of employment practices are unfounded.
