Lisa Flechmann said that she opened the Trump store the truth in 2023 in Hinkley so that people have a space in which they could feel comfortable talking about politics and asking questions.
“There are many people who love this store,” said Flechman.
But Fleischmann claims that her store is not fairly targeted by Huntley Village officials for the materials she placed outside her store. The village released four quotes of violations including temporary banners, flags, inflatable numbers, and signs on the road.
Now it is transferred to the court for violating the lease contract.
“I faced it with the village here,” Flechmann said.
Joe Guttoliol is the lawyer of Malik Flechman, and is also a member of the Board of Directors of Makhnri Province.
“This is not a position to combat Trump. This is please adhere to the village decisions,” said Guteller. “The lease contract, like most commercial rental contracts, says that you will comply with local decrees. Because it did not comply with these decrees, again, the owner gets tickets.”
In a statement to NBC Chicago, the village told that she tried to work with Mrs. Fleischmann to install a permanent mark that corresponds to the village mark decree.
The statement went on to say that the village mark decree aims to maintain and enhance the appearance of the village, and make sure that the signs are compatible with the uses of the land and the surrounding buildings, and the protection of public safety.
The village said that there are no other works with signs similar to those in its store.
Flechmann said she had rented a lawyer and has plans to move to more space.
“Fighting, fighting, fighting,” said Flechman.
