A press release with up to 10 new restaurants said that a decades -old shopping center will be redefined in the western suburbs and returns life to a new neighborhood for eating and entertainment, with up to 10 new restaurants and more to be opened over the next two years.
Development of $ 53 million, called Block 59 in the 59th VIP and Aurora Street in Nabarefil, will re -configure the “Retort” Heritage Square and “Retridge Midal”, which was originally opened in 1990.
“Our research indicated that there is a gap in food options on the western side of Nabarefil, where people should lead up to 20 miles for some of their favorite restaurants,” said Rich Debolito, Vice President of Re -Development at the Breximor Group in the release. “This strong demand has been matched on the restaurant space through the best brands in its class … which prompted us to re -conceive the center in a new way.”
Some of the beloved restaurants that will be opened at the new restaurant center include Green and Velvet Taco.
The developers said that the redemption area will also include an outdoor yard, with improving pedestrians, updated restaurant patents, new LED lighting and public juvenile gathering spaces.

“Our goal is to create a place that reflects the Naberfille community,” said Debolito. “The square provides space where tenants and community groups can host fitness or offers.”
The center has already been established by famous retailers, including the new grocery store, Ulta Beauty, the Hollywood Film Theater and Wayfair port, which was opened in October 2024.
The statement said that the construction in the project started in July 2024, with the demolition of non -exploited buildings. Some of the new food, including Shack Shake, was opened at the center, with a 8700 square feet -ranging restaurant that opens on June 17.

“Block 59 is one of the leading new projects in Nabarefil online this year,” Mayor Scott Werley said in a statement. “As the second dining destination in Illinois, this project is completely transformed the corner of the Orora Street and the 59th road to the Naberfille Gate today, by giving our residents and visitors the food and entertainment experiences they are looking for. It is already open and those soon.”
Shopping and dining centers in other suburbs also witness a large redevelopment, including Westfield Old Orchard in Skokie, GOOLF Mill in Niles and Strateford Square in Bloomingdale and the new “Apex” area in Ura.
