Chicago (WLS) – From games to cosmetics, President Donald Trump's sharp tariffs can strike the goods of China, the governor of people in the Chicago region.
Local business owners talk about the amount that will cost both companies and consumers.

President Trump stops for a period of 90 days on the customs tariff for most countries is a welcome news for many of these small companies, but the definitions that remain in China will continue to bring obstacles all the way.
Brences, nail products and hair products are part of cosmetics that are now facing an increase in prices due to these tariffs in China.
Small companies around Chicago are still struggling with advanced news about President Trump's identification plan. The president declares that the temporary suspension for 90 days on Wednesday, which means that the mutual definitions of 10 % in each country will not come into effect.
This still leaves the trade war with China, as President Trump maintains a 125 % tariff in place, and it is expected to increase the costs of imported goods such as electronics, cosmetics and games.
“My prediction is that it will be short -term,” said Michael Gordon, the owner of Jamal Bravco. “Like increasing the stock market and reducing this, all this will pass and things will return to how it was.”

Gordon runs the work on the near northern side. It is a family company that has been around 50 years ago.
Despite the expected cost of many of his imported products, Gordon said it will not make customers pay the price.
“This was always the slogan of my father,” Gordon said.
Some other small companies simply cannot do this.
Ann Kinsel opens the fifth gameplay in Chicago. The latest one is to open on Saturday in Hyde Park. However, with the import of many of its stocks from China, she said that she will leave no choice but to raise their prices.
“I would like to say that 80-90 % of games are made in China at this stage, so a tariff will inevitably pass by 125 %, there is no doubt,” Kinsel said.

According to the analysis of Yale's budget laboratory, the latest tariff from Trump will cost 4,700 dollars per year.
Small business owners know that this may affect their own sales, but they hope they will not continue for a long time while urging people to continue local shopping.
Kinsel said: “Small shopping … Support your local business that feeds on your community, and without helping our society, we did not make it through Covid, and we will not bring it through this as well,”
Bravco is at least one job that will continue to take this cost and not to pay it to the customer.
ABC7 hears that it is from many small companies trying to stick and know the time it is running.
