CHICAGO CRIME: Police released a photo of the vehicle wanted in a fatal crash on the Southwest Side at Southwest Street

CHICAGO (WLS) — Chicago police are searching for a vehicle in connection with a fatal hit-and-run.

The accident occurred on Wednesday on the southwest side of the city.

Investigators say a gray or black four-door sedan struck a 54-year-old woman who was crossing the street near Western and Marquette.

The driver drove off, and the victim died of her injuries.

No other information was immediately available.

Chicago police continue to investigate. No arrests have been made.
