chicago – A man has died after being found shot inside a crashed car Friday morning in an Austin neighborhood.
About 3:30 a.m., police officers found the 37-year-old inside a crashed car, suffering from two gunshot wounds to her chest in the 4900 block of West North Street, according to CPD.
The victim was transported to Mount Sinai Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made as five area detectives investigate.
What we don't know:
It was not immediately clear how many suspects were searching for him or where the shooting occurred.
The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office has not identified the victim.
