chicago – Three people were injured, one seriously, in a shooting early Thursday in Chicago's Englewood neighborhood.
Police said the shooting happened shortly before 2 a.m. in an alley in the 5500 block of South Ada.
A 23-year-old man sustained several gunshot wounds to his body, and was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
A 23-year-old woman was shot in the left leg and was taken to the area hospital in good condition.
A 26-year-old man was shot in the legs and was also taken to the area hospital in good condition.
There are no suspects in custody, and 1st District detectives are investigating.
