CHICAGO (WLS) — A few days after the presidential election, many are still talking about the results, and emotions are running high.
This could lead to some uncomfortable situations in the workplace, if your coworkers want to talk politics.

Andrew Challenger is a senior vice president at business and executive training firm Challenger, Gray & Christmas. He joined ABC7 Chicago Thursday night to talk about how to handle those conversations.
Although many bring their personal lives into the workplace, they are not encouraged to bring politics there, Challenger said.

He said free speech laws are not always protected at work, and you can face repercussions for what is said.
