The field of the Seventh American Responsibility Fleet-Defense Forces and Armed Forces in Australia, Japan, the Philippines and the United States, which indicates a collective commitment to enhancing regional and international cooperation for free and open support in the Pacific Ocean, multilateral maritime cooperative activity (MCA) within the exclusive economic zone of the Philippines, February 5 .

The United States, along with our allies and partners, supports the right to freedom of movement, development and other legal uses of the sea related to these freedoms.
